Clarity PerformancePerformance through presence

You already know how to sell. This is the other part: what happens inside you, and inside your customer, during the process.

Black-and-white sand dunes in soft light

Company growth through personal growth.

The Clarity Performance program helps experienced B2B sales teams drive results by building awareness, composure and genuine curiosity, about themselves and their customers.

You've trained the intellectual side for years: product, process, pitch. The Clarity Performance program works with the emotional side, the person using all of it. Finding curiosity for what's really happening, and what's holding you back.

Thought and feeling

Know the difference, and you can lead yourself.

Most of the time we're not in contact with what we actually feel. We react instead: to the pressure, the silence, the objection, and our own agenda. A thought is a story about what is happening. A feeling is the body's signal that something matters. Under pressure the two blur together, and we tend to act on the story.

Learning to tell them apart is the core of self-leadership. And as you develop it in yourself, you start to see it in others. In meetings and conversations you notice what your customer feels, not just what they say.

Thought or feeling?1 of 5

“They're not interested.”

Pick one. There's no score, only noticing.

A short pause

Now, let's take a short break.

Press start and follow your breath.

Resistance

Resistance is information.

In the customer it sounds like an objection. In you it feels like tension, hurry, or the urge to fix. Either way it's pointing at something that matters. When you can feel it, you can pause instead of pushing.

  1. Notice

Catch the tightening, in your body or in the room, while it happens.

  2. Name

Name it to tame it. Put a word on it, silently or out loud: “Something feels uncertain here.” Naming a feeling takes the edge off it and gives you room to choose.

  3. Get curious

Instead of pushing past it, ask about it. That's usually where the real conversation starts.

The core insight
Performance follows attention. And attention follows how you feel.

Most training works on what you do. We work on the state you do it from. That part can be trained, the same way any skill can.

The 90-day program

What working together looks like.

I work in 90-day programs, shaped around your team and your real sales situations. Three phases, each building on the one before.

  1. 1Discover

    Understand the patterns

Identify where pressure, hesitation and automatic reactions are affecting customer conversations.

  2. 2Develop

    Build a different response

Practice presence, emotional awareness and curiosity through coaching and real sales situations.

  3. 3Integrate

Make it part of the work

Apply the insights in live conversations, reflect on what changes and build habits that last.

The results

Less volatility. More of your best days.

When performance swings less, and people understand themselves and their customers more deeply, results follow. Top sellers aren't only more skilled. They're steadier, and more curious about the person in front of them.

  • More consistent performance
  • Higher output without pushing harder
  • More self-driven salespeople
